PAYMENT
- We accept PayPal only (all debit and credit cards thru PayPal).
BILLING
- Sales Tax will be applied (by Jurisdiction) to all shipments in NY State.
- We only ship to the confirmed PayPal address, this address is the one you choose when you send in the payment. Shipping address can't be changed after your payment is received. Please check your address carefully before submitting your payment.
- We typically ship your order within 1 business day after payment has been cleared. We ship Monday-Friday excluding weekends and holidays.
- We ship via USPS Flat Rate Box, (including shipments to P.O. Box).
- We ship to any US destination including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
- Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.
- Express shipping is available for an extra cost (some restrictions may apply), please contact us if you have any questions.
- Currently we do not ship internationally.
RETURNS
- Item can be returned for exchange or full refund (money back) within 7 days from the date it was received.All returns require a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, please contact us before returning an item.
- Buyer is responsible to pay for the return shipping costs.
- Item must be in its new condition - in its original sealed/unopened box.
- No returns will be accepted on opened/unsealed box.
